How do I see and accept new orders?

Step by step

1. 1Open the Orders tab. New orders from your QR menu, WhatsApp and counter appear here straight away, marked Pending.
2. 2Search by name, phone, table or order number. The menu next to it filters by status, like Pending or Ready.
3. 3Tap the eye icon to open an order and see its dishes, table, notes and total.
4. 4To accept it, double-tap Move to Confirmed. A single tap only shows a reminder, so nothing changes by mistake.
5. 5The order is now Confirmed. Keep double-tapping as it moves on: Preparing, Ready, then Served.
