How do I cancel or refund an order?

Step by step

1. 1In Orders, find the order and tap the eye icon to open it.
2. 2If the order hasn't gone out yet, tap Cancel order and type why, for example, customer left.
3. 3The order is marked Cancelled and leaves the kitchen screen. The reason shows in your reports.
4. 4For an order that was already paid, open it and tap Refund, then type the reason.
5. 5It's marked Refunded and listed under Refunded in your reports. For card payments, also refund it with your payment provider.
